CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read our policy We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a late cancellation fee of 40% of the service, NO REFUND Money Back ON SERVICES provided ,PRODUCTS ,Extensions Or WIGS THAT Is USE, Exchange Only On New Wigs / Extensions That Is Not Used, Wigs and Extensions Must In The Same Condition With Togs If Any PROBLEM On Our Side. IF WE DONT HAVE wigs INSTOCK WE WILL HAPPY TO REFUND IN FULL. We do apologize for any inconvenience but unfortunately we have to start taking deposit for services, We have been experiencing too many booking and no call no show and that’s unfair to our business , There will be a deposit booking fee down payment non-refundable and it goes towards your services total in salon and allows you to reschedule one time within 30 days grace period in salon hours, we are asking all customers to please respect our business time-consuming if you are unable to keep your appointment please give us a 48-hour notice so we can get in the next customer, If a customer violates our business we have the right to refuse the customer for next time or customer will have to pay a 50% of the service before coming again, No kids or extra company when coming to you're appointment. Thanks for your business we appreciate your support and understanding. If a customer is unsatisfied with the service they have 3 days to contact the stylist for correction only we will happy to do so no extra charge.
