CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 35% NEW POLICY. We do apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately we have to start taking deposit for services, We ave been experiencing too much booking & no call no show and thats unfair to our business. There will be a deposit non-refundable and it allows you to reschedule one time within 30 days grace period, we are asking all customers to please respect our business deposit and time-consuming if you are unable to keep your appointment please give us a 48-hour notice. If a customer violates our business we have the right to refuse the customer for next time or customer will have to pay a 50% of the service before coming and a late Cancellation fee. No kids or extra company when coming to you're appointment. Thanks for your business we appreciate your support and understanding. If a customer is unsatisfied with the service they have 3 days to contact the stylist for correction only, NO REFUND ON SERVICES OR PRODUCTS - WIGS THAT USE, NEW WIG EXCHANGE ONLY IF ANY PROBLEM WITH WIGS. IF WE DONT HAVE INSTOCK WE WILL HAPPY TO REFUND IN FULL.
